Attorney Doudera serves as legal counsel to The Pop!Tech Institute.  Every fall Pop!Tech organizes a world renowned conference, generating many legal issues ranging from assignment of copyright to intricate sponsorship agreements with large national corporations.  Ed Doudera's broad knowledge of intellectual property law, along with his general counsel, have been essential as Pop!Tech moves forward with PBS television specials, musical CDs, video and audio podcasts and educational curriculum derived from its annual Conferences.  He has the ability to understand the technicalities, weigh these against the realities of each situation and our needs, and guide us to making the best decision.  He's always very responsive and consistently offers a great balance of expertise, common sense and good humor.
